Get fit 60 minute class is design for people who are ready to take their fitness goals to the “next level”. The program foundation is based on heart rate monitoring and functional performance exercises. You will learn how to lock in your heart rate into your optimum performance range to burn fat and improve cardio efficiency while improving your strength, balance and mobility. The Range of Motion Get Fit (60) program prepares your mind and body for living at the “next level”.
 
 


Get Fit 30: Diabetes Program is designed for the specialized needs of a person with diabetes. The Range of Motion Get Fit 30 Diabetes Program is based on the 2007 American Diabetes Association: Clinical Practice Recommendations for fitness and wellness.
