Range of Motion’s Get Fit,Weight Loss and Aging Well programs are based on fitness and wellness recommendations from the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the American Dietetic Association. Our programs can move you from a beginning stage (20 minute workout plan), to a specialized improvement plan and then to a final maintenance plan. We combine elite service and routine monitoring to help you reach your fitness, wellness and nutritional goals. At your request, Range of Motion can even update your doctor with your fitness and wellness progress. No more guessing if you’re fit. Know you’re fit. This is what we mean by “changing the direction of fitness”.

If you are able to perform 20 minutes or more of physical activity and you have been cleared by your doctor to start a new fitness plan, then you can:

Receive nutrition counseling
Receive a personal health and wellness assessment
Attend recommended group cardio, strength and flexibility sessions
Attend specialized health education classes
Attend health related support groups
